Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair
• With all original tags attached

Final Sale Items (not eligible for return):

• Intimates, swimwear, and accessories
• Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at caliscloset909@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization

Refunds:

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
